Mission Statement

Iron County Sheriff Search and Rescue Volunteers is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization providing search and rescue services, free of charge, to anyone in need in Iron County, Utah.

Each year, our volunteers collectively donate thousands of hours of their time for training and countless more hours for searches and rescues. In addition, each volunteer typically invests hundreds or thousands of dollars for personal equipment required for Search and Rescue operations.

Despite the generous contributions of it`s members, Rescue Team members constantly needs funds for providing training and replacing and upgrading equipment. Iron County Sheriff Search and Rescue depends on the generous support of the Iron County community for training and equipment needed to provide essential search and rescue services.

Your tax deductible contribution is always welcome and needed. One hundred percent of your contribution goes to training and equipment needs. Our administrative and overhead costs are covered by Iron County Sheriff`s Office, so your support is never diluted. Every cent is put to good use -- saving lives!
