Dear Iron County Sheriff Search and Rescue Team,
My name is Gene Neeley and I just wanted to say thank you for going out on January 25, 2009 to rescue the group of 11 that was stuck at Yankee Meadows. 6 of them are family members and as you can imagine the helplessness a parent can feel when "family" is */stuck/* in that situation. Deputy Gower was awesome in the way he took my information and in the way he kept me posted on the evenings events. The gal from dispatch was awesome too. It was a great comfort when she relayed information to us.
I can't thank you all enough for being willing to go out at night, while it's snowing, to help people in need. Because of your unselfishness and willingness to serve, you are all "heroes" to me and my family.
